We didn't have hot water for 2 days. The outlets or loose We couldn't even plug in the phones. We only had 2 outlets that worked. The rest of them wouldn't hold a regular plug in it. The TV was pixely. Apparently, your truck that has your breakfast supplies didn't show up for a couple days, so I know another person whereas complaining that you guys were out of this stuff the day before, so when we came down, you guys were out of stuff. It's kind of hard to have waffles with nothing on your waffles. We didn't see anywhere posted. What time breakfast was? And when it ended, I thought it was a little odd, it ended at nine thirty. Also, every time I called the hotel phone from the hotel room phone down to the front desk, it would just ring nobody would ever answer it. I'd have to actually call the main number from either my cell phone or the a hotel room phone. Trash everywhere, for example, someone threw a dirty diaper out in the parking lot by our car, where we parked by the pool area. I did mention it. And it was still there when we left today. Um, your smoking area should not be by your back by your back door entrances by your pool, where people are smoking weed and cigarettes, especially when you have to eat Small children swimming in your pool. The stuff that we did encounter was very friendly and pleasant. The young lady that checked us in and she also took him took my complaint yesterday.I don't remember her name, but she is super sweet.

Rooms were not ready for myself or others for3pm check in. I was first assigned room 159 and just before 4 PM. I was placed in room 117. When I came back from my airport protest against ICE and Avelo Airlines , I turned the TV on, but there was no red light nor anything. They changed the batteries and still didn’t work and then I had to move to a third room number 107. The employee entered my room and her male friend was standing outside telling me to do this and do that and that I was not listening to him. I walked up to him and told him he needed to leave me alone and leave this area. She on the other hand did not say anything when I told her your man is out of line. From the time I attempted to sleep at 11 -1:30 AM there was constant noise in the hallway 5X by various groups of people. The breakfast had no fresh fruits no yogurts! I asked the woman who supplies the food said that it will not come until Wednesday. I talk to the GM Jacob Shoemaker , and he said sorry we ran out of food as we were full over the weekend. Which is no excuse. He told me that he would go check the refrigerator for yogurt or fruit as he had to put in an order today anyway. He left me standing at the front desk, while I suppose he was taking inventory! I had to be back to my airport protest against ICE and Avelo Airlines at 10 AM He finally came back and I told him I needed to get going as he was telling me that he had no fresh fruits or yogurt or really anything else to provide. I told him that I stay at a hotel here by the airport every Sunday night and sometimes have planning meetings here where others will spend the night also and I will never be back here!
