Cleanliness, room needs repairs and updates, only 1 working electrical outlet avail to use and that one was so loose our chargers could not stay inside outlet, missing lightbulbs, toilet wouldn’t flush, door lock was insufficient, loud people coming in and out (I believe they lived there). No working ice machine or vending machine and a strong smell of we don’t know what!

The smell and the sheets were dirty.

The hotel didn't have towels and I had to leave without being able to shower. Toilet overflowed the first day and we had to use towels to get the water off the floor. Police presence early morning. Staff unable to communicate. Breakfast was bread, coffee no sugar. 2 containers of milk for the breaks. Strawberry unaware of allergies. It was truly a shocking environment with it being a choice hotel. No gifts for member. Manager did provide $10. But that doesn't make up for the lack of a morning shower. I have NEVER experienced this before in all my years and weekly travels for 14 years.
