Big Rapids' Quality Inn experience

Helpful front desk employees; clean, well kept room (& decent size) for the price. Breakfast in the morning was helpful and appreciated.

Room was clean and comfortable. And the price was fair. There had been an obvious issue prior to our stay as a door was smashed in down the hall. Oddly laid out and lobby was only accessible from outside.
