It is a clean hotel. It is dated and can used some updates, but staff is friendly.

Too many things on their "plate"

First breakfast there we there wasnt any plates. Lady said they were supposed to arrive the day prior but didnt. Mejer is across the street. They couldnt go buy some??? Our window was broken. They taped it. The parking lot was resurfaced. I didnt go into the resurfaced part but they must have got some elsewhere cause i stepped in it and ruined a brand new pair of birkenstock shoes. When my husband asked about the no plates the front desk lady replied she didnt know and had a lot on her plate. Arent we on your plate?? Isnt the customer on your plate?? I think we will stay elsewhere next time. Maybe they will make the paying customers the priority.
