I don’t think I’ve ever talked poorly about a hotel before although the lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely, the best experience we’ve ever had. The room was disgusting. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. There was literally a rim around it filled with dirt and you can’t use the shower as it sprayed water all over the ceiling, the door and into the main area. There is also cigarette butts all over the window, even though it’s non-smoking.

I checked in and had to be moved to a new room bc the toilet was laking all over the floor from the tank. My bathroom floor was covered in water after flushing the toilet. The 2nd room was better the for that night. When I woke up the morning the toilet would not flush (there was actually a plunger next to the toilet- which was pretty gross!) And the kitchen sink would puddle with water and not drain. I was just there for a night and ended up going straight home to shower because I was scared that the shower wouldn't work either . Pretty disappointing stay over all. I will say the staff was nice but you have some major plumbing issues going on. Not the overnight stay I was expecting. I understand that it was a inexpensive stay but it was not enjoyable and It felt very dirty when I left. And I'm pretty sure the staff was not surprised with my feedback.
