The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very professional and willing to help out in anyway possible.

You have a very nice hotel situated close to my son & in daughter in law. My only complaint is I was able to have the cleaning service in the morning & asked for someone to clean in the afternoon when we weren’t there. It wasn’t cleaned!

Satisfaction Rate: Very Dissatisfied Feedback: During our recent stay, we experienced a serious breach of trust and safety. Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed on our door, our room was entered without permission, our belongings were moved, and a personal item was missing. This raised significant concerns regarding guest privacy and security. When we addressed the issue, management initially assured us that compensation would be provided. However, after departure, we were contacted and accused of causing a plumbing issue simply by taking one shower before checking out. Given the short timeframe between our departure and their claim, this explanation appears implausible and felt like an attempt to deflect responsibility. Furthermore, while we were told that the night of the incident would be refunded, the hotel instead refunded a different, less expensive night. This inconsistency created an impression of dishonesty and lack of transparency. Overall, this experience left us with serious concerns regarding safety, integrity, and customer service standards at this property.
