For the most part when I have to come to Boston for work purposes my job puts me in this hotel the hotel is okay the staff is decent but this most recent time that I stayed at this hotel there was roaches in the room the room smelled very musky and the night before my check out when I got back to my hotel room after work my room door was open and when I walked inside the beds was completely stripped my belongings that was in my room were taken even my refrigerator where I had my food some of my food was even taken not all but most of it I went to the front lobby and told them about it and he act like he didn't care I end up talking to a manager she told me that she would pull camera to see which hotel staff went into the room nothing was ever done I had lost over $200 worth of items including food clothes personal hygiene stuff. The continental breakfast is okay. This hotel is definitely not a choice to stay in. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and anytime you have to go to the lobby and talk to the front desk and ask for more stuff like towels coffee they act like it's a bother.

Most un-private room I've ever been in
It was a first floor room , you could see clearly through the gape in the door to the hallway. The window to the smoking area had curtains that where see through and not light blocking . The room was almost lite up like it was day time . You spend a night in it .

my room smelled like syrup had spilled allllll over the carpet.
the 2nd room the AC doesnt work that well. the bathroom doors are way too close to the toilets. showers definitely need better water pressure
