This was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I tried to make a verbal complaint upon checking out and waited 15 minutes and no employee was present. Left key and left. I called the next business day and left my complaint and was told Kim the manager would call me back. No call back. I called again the following business day (today) and was yelled at by an employee who ultimately dismissed me and hung up on me. This is the worry experience and I will make sure my reviews on multiple platforms reflect that

Front desk not occupied at about 9pm arrival. Had to ask bartender for help. Kitchen staff stepped in, Front desk was clearly working but elsewhere in building.
Room temp was set for an unreasonably cold 66. 72 would be fine.
