Stayed at the property multiple times, most recent will be our last! When arrived, room assigned was not the room I booked. Room has broken air conditioning, with a portable air unit and hose going out the window as a solution. When requesting alternative room was told they couldn’t do anything until the morning, the next morning they said they were sold out and but found another room. This room had black mold In the showers and rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Hilarious enough both rooms were not the room that I booked. But choice nor the hotel could do anything about it because they apparently refuse to communicate to one another. Besides hotel room disaster. Hotel needs to work on their maintenance and upkeep.

Staff was wonderful. Room was wonderful. View was wonderful. My friends and I spend at least a week there every year amd will continue for as long as we all can all get together.

The location is amazing!
