We arrived later in the day, asked that day if we could check out late, call tomorrow they said. We called 1st thing in morning and were told sorry, too many requested a late check out. We never got a shower which we were planning after we swam. Nope! When I called, I was speaking to a woman and then a man got on. It was my birthday and I was recovering from shoulder surgery. I told them that but they didn't say a word. The breakfast wasn't great and both waffle makers weren't working right. The hotel is dated but the pools were wonderful and the view. Both were hard to access, had to walk way around for outdoor. Outdoor furniture was nice!! I so wanted to really enjoy the place but it was difficult when people are soo rude!!

Everything was great from the minute I checked in!

Althought the staff were friendly, I was very unsatisfied with the appearance and cleanliness of this hotel. It was not at all as advertised. In addition, there were no carts immediately available, and once received, the inconvenience of getting my luggage to the room was not what I expected.
