Horrible place

I’m writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your Due to a number of serious safety and cleanliness concerns, I checked out early and did not stay the second night of my reservation. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed multiple red flags: roughly 15 live animal traps around the premises and a severely damaged vehicle abandoned in the parking lot. Inside the room, there were burn holes in the bedding, no functioning smoke alarm, a bathroom door that appeared to have been punched through, and the chain lock on the main door had been broken off — leaving no way to securely lock the room. Most concerning, however, was an incident around 2:00 AM when five police officers arrived and informed me the property was not safe. This confirmed my own serious concerns about the environment. Additionally, the front desk attendant made me uncomfortable by asking for my personal information under the pretense of a “job opportunity,” which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Given these conditions, I felt I had no choice but to leave the next morning and not return for the second night. I am requesting a refund for at least the unused night, and I urge you to address the conditions at this location to ensure future guests do not have the same experience.

Room was very beat up. The hotel itself needs an update. Did not feel safe in area, seemed like the hotel itself was a Section 8 hotel.
