The bed was very uncomfortable , when I laid in the middle was sunk in where you could feel the springs , the lining had stains and burn holes in the blanket sheets were very dingy , the towels and wash clothes were also , I also noticed no phone as well not sure if that’s something new ….. it was too late to walk around to let the front desk know … but that bed should be changed

This place is disgusting holes in the wall nasty refrigerator no internet no microwave the sheets was dirty the whole profile about this place is a lie whoever is in charge needs to be put in jail this should be a crime $75 a night I went in looking for bed bugs Choice need to do better send under cover boss out he/she would be very disappointed and all choice hotels are going down hill I don't care how many points they give me I will never stay at Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, or Rodeway Inn until I see better results but as of now no way it's like that in Michigan as well which is where I am from

one of the beds still had hair and grass in it as if the sheets had not been changed. The toilet did not flush properly. Room smelled. NO coffee pot. run down for the price
