Disappointed and disgusted with one of your colleagues
I recently stayed at your property over the past weekend and wanted to share some concerns regarding the experience, as we have been loyal guests for several years and were quite disappointed this time around.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mary outside, who appeared to be on a smoke break. While the check-in process itself was smooth, the interaction felt unprofessional. Later that evening, we discovered an issue with the TV in our room. When I called the front desk to ask whether there was a service outage, I was met with an audible sigh, followed by Mary rudely stating, “It’s posted at the desk.” At no point during check-in or our prior phone conversations was this mentioned, nor was there any signage visible when we arrived.
In addition, there was only one working ice machine located on the second floor, and there was no signage indicating the other machines were out of order. This caused confusion for several guests. We also experienced difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi using the code we were provided.
Cleanliness was also a concern. The bathroom in our room was not very clean upon arrival, and there was trash left in the hallway outside Room 325 from Friday through Sunday. By the end of our stay, the smell was unpleasant and off-putting.
That said, I would like to acknowledge Anayah/Anajah and Diane, who were both excellent—friendly, helpful, and a bright spot during our stay.
We genuinely enjoy staying at your property and would love to continue doing so each year. However, this visit left us reconsidering our future plans. We hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration and address these issues to ensure a better experience for all guests moving forward.

Receptionist named Mary/Marie was rude, dismissive, not empathetic, or understanding, she raised her voice at me as if I didn’t understand what she was saying. Instead of being patient and trying to understand my billing issue & hotel miscommunication issue, after I tried explaining more she only became more hostile and rude. She acted as though I was at fault for a third party app failing to notify the hotel of my room cancellation with them. It was not helpful at all to deal with a rude staff member that only tried to belittle me in an already stressful situation, where I have charges from this hotel totaling up to $4.1750+ when I only should be charged for one reservation under my card.

Room smelled like marijuana, TV didn't work, Wifi was incredibly slow or didn't work at all.
