My husband found and killed a roach bug in bathroom. We only stayed maybe 4 hrs at this hotel before leaving.

when I arrived at the front desk they gave me a key for my room and it didn't work, I went back to the front desk and waited patiently for them to deal with other customers and received a different key which didn't work either . I went back to the front desk and they gave me a key to another room which finally worked. due to all this time I was late for a wedding that I was trying to get to. when I entered the room to get changed my shoes stuck to floor like I was walking on duct tape, it also had a very strong odor of cigarettes which I absolutely hate with every inch of my soul. I left for the wedding and returned so I could get a good night sleep , as I looked around I could see brown stains running down the walls and on the ceilings which I assume is from the heavy cigarette smoke , I tried to struggle through it ... I couldn't bring myself to shower because of the outdated tub , rusty and dirty ceiling tiles , also the tub did not drain. I don't complain about much but this place disgusted me. Also the remote turned on the TV , but then would not work and was covered in filth also. I've been contemplating on calling to try and get a refund but like I said I don't complain..
