Customer service

One light in bathroom was burnt out. Impossible to put on makeup. Food in breakfast room, eggs, sausage were cold. Despite the fact that it was only 45 minutes into the hours of breakfast service.

Book with them!! It’s clean and tidy!

We had a great stay at the quality inn Ruston. All the hotel staff including the housekeepers were very helpful and sweet. This hotel was clean, smelled good, had a great complimentary breakfast, nice outdoor pool, a/c was cool, nice water pressure in the shower, and clean bedding. If you go here be sure to make a waffle during their breakfast hours! Book with them! Room 128
