The room was Extremely dirty! We have been sending our guest artist we fly in to our dance studio to teach master classes but this will be the last time we will ever book here. Our guest said the room was very dirty had not been cleaned in quite some time the bathroom and sheets were visibly dirty and a roach crawled at her to make it all worse.

We checked in for 2 nights. The room was clean and well appointed. We left on Sunday completely happy with our stay. When we got home my wife realized she had left her $50.00 hair dryer/brush. We immediately called the hotel and spoke to Debbie the manager on Monday. She indicated that nothing was in the lost and found and she had not seen it. She also said the 19 yr. Old man who cleaned the room would have had no reason to keep it. There is no question we left it there. There is also no question that somebody didn’t turn it into the last and found. It also glaringly apparent that Comfort Suites cares more about protecting their 15-20 employees than their 1000’s of customers. When we stopped into the hotel Tuesday afternoon to further inquire we were told that anything left in a room is considered abandoned property and the hotel was under no obligation to keep or be responsible for lost property. Amazing. Soured our view of your hotel chain.

They did not clean the room between our two nights. They didn’t ask if we needed clean towels. Other wise it was good.
