Disapointed in choice hotels

They advertised a pool and when we checked in they did not mention it was under construction so my kids couldnt swim. so requested to cancel they said no problem and I still received a charge after we had left the hotel and got another choice hotel that again advertized a pool and was not working very disappointed in choice hotels.

Was told the pool would be open it was green, the ac didn’t work in the room, the front desk attendant was barely at desk, the stair well full of bugs. The stove in room didn’t turn on high. Over all it wa s a hot bed to sleep in while in town
