Bad experience
1) The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every day.
2) The key cards continued to NOT work. I had to get them recharged 5 times.
3) The HOT breakfast is false advertisement. The only thing HOT was the waffles.
4) Someone in the room above us was playing LOUD THUMPING music until 2am one night.

Room smelly odor. No human available to check in. Tub dirty. Room in general dirty. As for morning breakfast, we'll, no comment. In general would never stay at this brand hotel.
