This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time the fridge didn't work. This time, the fan didn't work and the whole first floor was hot and humid. We moved to the hotel across the street. Please fix what needs fixing, because otherwise we liked the place.

I would reccomend this comfort suites, the one in or near London KY. The people there take pride in the place and are very professional and accomodating. The breakfast room is spotless and well stocked, although it would be nice if Comfort Suites would spring for some Eggs and Turkey sausage. They do a great job with what they have. AS I left someone was mopping the floor in the Breakfast room like she was mopping her own kitchen. Nice work!

The website shows a full breakfast but it only had waffles and take away items. I was expecting eggs, bacon/sausage, and biscuits. The hotel needs a little more space in the fitness room to allow for room to lift. The hotel could try getting a cable machine and a different dumbell rack if that would be possible. It would cost a total of 5,000 for the workout equipment and it would add a lot of value for people who like to lift. Also, use horse stall mats as the gym floor because the current floor looks a little dingy and it isn't protected from weight drops.
