Would like if my room refunded becsuse I paid for a clean room and was not

The reason im dissatisfied with the stray is because the room was filthy then the toilet stayed stopped up the entire time emwhen i told the mm about and bugs kept crawling in under the door I honestly doubt I'll be staying again unless something is done to make up for this stay
