Dirty,smells bad, broken bed. Dark ,no hot water. Trash in the room. Broken desk chair. Ceiling falling in the corners of the room.

The hotel is run down and falling apart. Staff was rude vulgar and obnoxious. Molding falling off the wall mop water coming up in the cracks of the floor the cord on the power strip was cracked. One of the staff members 11 year old daughter was screaming profanity at another staff member in front of people that were staying there. There was soft holes in the bathroom wall. The place needs torn down. Our white socks turned black with just one walk from the bathroom to put shoes on. The mattress and boxes springs slid off the base which truly wasn't a bed frame. The was a power cord running under the door into the next room. there was all kinds of gross stuff behind the TV stand trash dirt dust bunnies and supposedly this was a newly renovated room. It was the grossest room ever.

Filthy , curtains ripped and falling down,room dirty,trash running over,no elevator felt unsafe just plain disgusting.Had not driven so far would have slept in car.You as a company should be ashamed to have your name on it.Had 5 more nights booked at choice hotels but took a chance in keeping them,most people would not.
