Room smelled. Refused to give refund.

Rooms were clean and nice have boat plug in for power

While it is obvious some good attempts at decor and modernizing the room, this stay was among my least memorable. Our tub faucet dripped all night, the flushing of toilet was a lengthy ordeal, no instructions on how to navigate the television, the channels were off by one, not synced. The “hot and healthy” breakfast was false advertisement. At 7:50 there were two bagels and two pieces of bread, two packets of oatmeal and dry cereal. There was an option of making a waffle. Nothing healthy available. At minimum the wording should say “continental” breakfast. Front desk staff were pleasant, but need additional training. I inquired about my points and cash stay; neither could answer my question. On the positive, the water for our showers was hot, as was the coffee.
