There are better options in Ottawa
This hotel needs a lot of updates. The room smelled really bad from the moment you opened the door. Very strong musty smell that never goes away. Other guests attending the same wedding that also stayed at this hotel said the same thing about their room. The ironing board cover was nasty and the iron put a black stain on my husbands shirt. Eventually we got the stain out before heading to the wedding

Nice place to stay
The staff was really nice even helped me with my cats . Getting the carriers into the room. It was very clean the bed was comfy.
