The staff were awesome

Your manager Sara was extremely rude several occasions when I spoke with her. When I called for an early check in because we were traveling from Wichita to attend my mother’s funeral. I heard her say under her breath “I really don’t care”. I don’t think she knew I could hear her. The next day when I checked in again was extremely rude when I asked for a handicap room that was supposed to be assigned 4 days prior. “Will it wasn’t assigned and there are none available”. Upon getting to our room the toilet was not working. My son went down to see what the deal was and she bit his head off for asking. There was a water issue and the city was working on it. WHY DIDN'T SHE TELL US THIS AT Check-in??? Also upon entering our room I noticed the bath tub had not been cleaned. There was grime all around the insides of the tub. Gross

Our stay was good and comfortable. Staff were nice, Breakfast was ok.my kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was located right by the I70 which was nice. Our only issue was our fridge was not working during our whole stay. They did get a new one ordered to replace it but not until after we left. :)
