Friendly staff

-Front desk said pool was open, then clearly sign on door of pool closed because didn't pass chlorine test. -Room smelled damp, mildew, moldy- we told the front desk he said just renovated in past 2 months and can't be..if issue we will call maintenance in morning ( I won't be there in morning as checking out) -No water pressure in shower at all and was terrible. -was treated with disrespect from front desk that I was letting him know my issues, he asked if we wanted to switch rooms at 8:45pm at night, but by that time not worth it as we had showered and getting ready for bed. I asked for GM name. -I called Comfort Inn and Suites headquarters to get resolve, I said was not going to pay for this stay for these reasons, they told me to take pictures and resolve with GM nothing they could do and hung up on me. spoke to GM in morning and said would give me 40% discount. I didn't want to pay anything for this disaster.

Lobby and room were both extremely clean. Staff was friendly especially breakfast lady .
