It was a decent hotel and I can tell it's being remodeled. But the waffle batter was watered down and the construction material down the hall was cool.

I appreciate that the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment because it needs it. The public areas, grounds and rooms are in need of TLC. Some of the staff were very pleasant and hospitable, while others were cold & detached (why are you wearing headphones working the front desk?). I wouldn’t necessarily say for the price point ($180/night) it was worth it. There’s better options in the area, even if you end up paying more, the experience is worth it. It was evident people were smoking marijuana in the hotel, the halls reeked of it.
