Staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the only problem was that the room door would not latch or lock (room 210). We did not bring this to the attention of the staff because it was late when we arrived and we needed to sleep.

The motel was conveniently located for traveling between New Mexico and Iowa. The room was clean but the noise made by the necessary air conditioner was counteracting peaceful sleep. The door was swollen and would not easily close which in turn would not let the electronic locking system function - I had to try one or both keys at least 5 times every time I wanted to enter the room. I had to use two hands to unlock the door - one hand to pull the door fully closed while swiping the key card with the other hand.

The floor in the bathroom wasn’t clean. Baseboards in room were dirty. Bed had crumbs in it. Air conditioner was very loud everytime it turned on. We were on the end by the door out and was woken up multiple times by staff entering the hotel in the morning.
