Enjoyed everything but pool was closed.

We had a points stay & I had changed my name, which was in progress with Choice Hotels. The gals worked extra hard to make sure our check-in went smoothly. Everything worked as it should & the room was comfortable. We had a 2 queen bed room & the bed we slept on was wonderful. It was busy when we got to breakfast & the gal attending to the items did a great job of assisting us with replenishing items. THANK YOU ALL!!

We were given a room in a location that is better served as a supply closet. The front desk person made no indication we were given a second choice room and by the time we realized the issue it could not be changed. Our door was away from the hallway of rooms and in the room of the ice and vending machines and fitness center. We were awoken multiple times before and after midnight due to other guests using those features and it started back up at 5:00 AM. It was a horrible experience. When we went to the front desk to talk to someone about it before checking out no one was there and we waited for several minutes before we had to leave. We are extremely unimpressed with this company.
