Wallpaper peeling off wall in room. Everything you used the light/fan in the bathroom there was a strong urine smell that appeared. So stopped using the fan/ light in bathroom. No eating or cooking utensils in room. So not sure how you was suppose to cook...couch cushions needed to be cleaned.

Of the many nights I have stayed at this property the general lack of attention and empathy by the desk staff is notable. There is absolutely no interest in making your guests feel welcome. Never a smile. Never a statement of welcome to the property, etc. You are made to feel that your arrival to the hotel an annoyance for the desk staff. Of note during this most recent visit was the fact there was a live bat in the room, which was very concerning. Also, the electrical outlets on the wall of the table/desk area were so stripped that neither one supported the plug for my laptop.Therefore, I had to purchase extension cords and run them from the wall above the sink to the desk area to be able to work. One the first floor landing of the northwest stairwar there was food residue on the floor that was never picked/cleaned up during the 6 days of this recent stay. At this same landing the exterior door is constantly propped open with a rock. This is a very concerning security risk posed to all guests in the hotel.

The room was filthy, there was a hole and patch in the bathtub, the toilet paper holder was missing, all the cabinet panels were missing and the carpet was soaking wet in the bedroom. It was by far the worst looking room we've checked into in our lives.
