It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The lamps in the room didn't work. They wanted to give me the wrong room. The pool was not heated like they sait was. The pool was dirty ended up with someone else's hair in my swimsuit. The hot tub was boarded up. The pool room had trash everywhere and no towels. The shower shot water everywhere and ended up using multiple towels to wipe up water. The air conditioner was dripping everywhere and had to use more towels to sop up that water. We had to shut off the air. Couldn't open the windows the screen was broken. Breakfast was nasty. Muffins old and dry. Eggs over boiled and dry. The keys was deactivated. Asked for more towels and the front desk didn't really want to give. Complained multiple times about water everywhere and even requested a different room but nothing was done. Was told maintenence was going to fix the air and someone will clean the room. Had to go out to eat came back 2 hrs later nothing was done. Went to complain again and said we just wanted to leave. No complication for everything that was wrong. Even charged an extra night and a surcharge for leaving early. Was told the Couldn't refund me for nothing. Had to go pay for another hotel.

Loud fireworks right outside the hotel after 10pm.

Your ice machine doesn't work. It was really high priced for what it is.
