The staff members were extremely helpful and very pleasant. From the time we checked in until we left after several days we felt like if we needed anything they would be there for us. Gary R

Overall the room and facilities were fine, however our room had damp carpet and a heavy odor of dampness and musty smells. That was most unpleasant and made me concerned for what I might be breathing, mold spores etc. t that really took the pleasure away from my stay.

I did not ask for housekeeping but Housekeeping went into the room, moved my stuff around (left several items on the floor) and then proceeded to leave the door to my room OPEN with my stuff in it. Light was burned out above sink. Fire alarm went off and staff just stood at the front desk, they said they didn’t know why it was going off. In order to exit the building, I had to wait for a guy to get his hands out of his pants and stop touching himself to move out of the way. Once the fire department came, I had to ask them what was going on. In which I was told it was a false alarm.
