It’s a dump and outdated. Tv volume didn’t work, no lock on the bathroom door and bo working ventilation fan in the bathroom. Room was smelly. The free breakfast was gross.

During our stay, we returned to the front desk 3 times to get supplies our kitchen was missing, (dish soap, forks and dish towels) On The last visit I finally asked to send someone to fully stock the kitchen the way it is supposed to be and the desk person wanted to know specifically what that should be. I explained their workers should know that clean the room. It was like I was already working for them by retrieving items for their room, and she wanted more from me. They are supposed to be working for me, not the other way around. The breakfast food was limted and sometimes heated food was cold. The same lady at the front desk took care of the breakfast too. She used foul language in the breakfast room when having a conversation with another guest. All the chairs were torn up in the breakfast area. The people that were running the hotel brought their kids and had their scooters out front all three nights we stayed. We came down to leave the building and the vacuum was plugged into one wall, while the cord ran across the front entrance to the other wall where the vacuum was and nobody there. (The man running the hotel was sitting behind the front desk with no customers let it sit there as we walked out) Lastly, we asked for a 3:00am wake up call. The lady that does the breakfast asked the young man behind the counter to write it down and added he put it in the computer too. We would have missed our flight had we not woke up on our own.

Towels are not soft, one towel has stain on it! Breakfast is not as nice as other hotels’
