The staff is great Brooklyn that works the front desk is awesome the last 3 times we have stayed there she is always friendly and helpful in what ever we need this time I went by my self and she was as great as usual

There was no internet or TV in the entire hotel for the 2 nights we were there. The person that was in charge of the breakfast never kept the food hot or filled. She paid more attention to talking to her staff friends than taking care of the guests. Room needed some work. The sink faucet leaked over the counter. The bright spot was the person that checked in and also checked us out. Very pleasant and very helpful and cheerful.

We purposely chose a suite for the kitchenette. There were no utensils, bowls, plates, cups or pans to utilize the hot plates or anything else for that matter. The cable was down the entire time we were there (we were alerted at check-in), but it was too late to make another booking by that time, we were in town for a wedding. The breakfast was good and the attending personnel was very friendly and helpful.
