Me and my 4 month old daughter had to set off chemicals in our home which had us get a room for the night. The first room they had gave me, there were cockroaches everywhere. I went back to tell them and request a new room and the receptionist laughed and said “ oh I forgot we sprayed so they probably ate everywhere”. I was moved to a second room which was no body due to bugs still being all over the tv stand and bathroom. There were people standing all over the walkways and outside my room door so I had my mother bring her dog which is a registered service animal to alert me in case anyone tried to come in due to all the traffic. They then kept my deposit in after everything I was put through and I am telling everyone to stay clear from there even for a night.

The connecting door in the rooms was the main reason. I see how they tied them off but they were easily opened and conjoined. Our toiletries consisted of a half used open bottle of soap.

Very reasonable price for a clean hotel and nice staff. Will stay here again when in town
