Great location/neighborhood, room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, free parking and hot breakfast were a plus, staff was friendly and helpful.

Massive stain on ceiling. Terrible humidity control. All surfaces of room felt damp to include sheets and pillow cases. Toilet plumbing was terrible. I was worried when room next to us left plunger out in hallway then about two hours later my room's toilet stopped up just the same. In 40 years of staying in hotels across 50 states, never have I seen a plunger needed. When did I need the plunger, I called front desk and they required me to go to front desk to get the plunger.

I bunch of teenagers were running up and down the hall and then decided to just sit in the hallways. This went on until around 2:30 AM. Where were the parents? Where was the hotel staff? To make things worse, the next morning their was no hot water....
