Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms could use some updating.

Our hotel room had live bed bugs. My wife had 15+ bites. The hotel offered to refund our stay but messed up the return and charged us 2.5x the original stay amount; it took nearly a full week for the charges to be reversed. When I called to speak to the hotel manager, she refused to take my call and never called me back.

The thermostat must have been broken. It was set at 62° all night and I kept waking up hot and turning it down. The bathroom door was unable to latch and the general condition of the property was in decline. The hallways felt like a sauna. The breakfast was good-ish, but the quality of the entire Comfort Suites chain is in massive decline in the last 5 years. The room felt dirty, the paint is chipping, the housekeeping was not great, sheets were wrinkled. I just didn’t love it…and we used to.
