Rooms were clean
I had no issues here. I actually stayed twice in one week. I love the staff especially the housekeeping ladies..they are so sweet and made sure we didn't need anything during our stay. Location was a little far for me but the price is good. Rooms were clean

Quality just what you'd expect. Very good value for the money.
Hotel was recently renovated. Very nice lobby area, staff very friendly. Room was standard, nothing too fancy. Bed was a bit firm, but in good shape. Bathroom and everything was standard, everything worked properly. Quality just what you'd expect. Very good value for the money.

The room smelled bad. The ceiling of the bathroom was broken and moldy. The shower handle was missing and was very difficult to turn on and off just gripping the round part. The bathroom door didn’t close. The main door to the room didn’t close until I kicked it closed. The bathroom floor corners were moldy. The AC unit seemed to run and stop more frequently than it should because it was freezing up. The fridge was very loud needed to unplug it and plug it back in after I slept. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hallway was as full of garbage cans that needed to be emptied out. There was no breakfast. There were several lights out in the hallway.
I’d really like my points back this place was a dump. I purposely booked a room NOT at an Econo Lodge because I’ve had bad experiences with them. Then I arrive and find out the Suburban is just an Econo Lodge.
