This must be an older Comfort Inn. Bathroom very small, the water in the bathtub would not turn off. Pillows were terrible. We were in room 123.

When booking, I called the hotel 3 times to ensure the hotel was under my partners name and we were placed within our group’s block of rooms. However, when we arrived, neither of those things happened and they had to move us. The staff were nice, but there were sketchy people in the parking lot. Upon checking in we checked both the beds and the room was mostly clean. When we went down to breakfast at 0745 there was nothing left and no one restocked it even though the breakfast didn’t end until 9. When we got back to our room there was a bed bug. The staff did quickly move our rooms, offer to do our laundry, and said they were going to refund us, but instead ended up charging our card extra for the stay. I just wish that things were communicated better and the cleanliness was up to par

My room was ready 2 hours before early check-in, and the woman I spoke to on the phone to reserve my room was really sweet and sounded like she actually cared. Also, she was very patient and understanding when I had silly questions. The room was clean and had a fridge and a microwave (I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but I know some nice hotels don't have them). The breakfast was decent despite not having many options (I'm picky). My only real problem was the air conditioner in my room. My room would have this strong burning smell when I tried turning on the heat or just turning it off in general. The staff was cool, though. Definitely would book here again.
