One night stay for a wedding
Easy check in and easy check out. Only thing was when I called the Monday before my stay, I asked if I would be able to check in early since I was driving 4.5 hours for my stay for a wedding. Employee told me that if a room was cleaned and available, I should be able to check in upon arrival. I arrived at 12:50pm and the employee at front desk told me I was told wrong and she would have to check with her manager. Didn't take long for her to do that and then told me that it is an extra $20 for me to check in early (which was not told to me on Monday). I had just drove 4.5 hours to get there and had the wedding at 4:30 to get ready for. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, the heavy curtains in my room would not close, so in the morning, it was bright when I woke up which wasn't a huge deal since I'm an early riser. Staff was respectful and courteous but just would have been nice to know the little details ahead of time.
