Great hotel!

Had a musty smell in the lobby and hallways when we entered, the TV did not work (no network connection) referred this to office and was asked to “come pick up another remote) still did not work, the food area in the breakfast area were very messy during the rush, (understand that people can be rather messy) but the staff let it go and food ran out more than once, fridge had no more yogurt, tables were messy! I understand the hectic mornings and some people can be uncaring about messes the make and leave, but staff was just not attentive! We stay in lots of choice hotels and know about breakfast rushes, this was one that did not do justice for a short time it as open! We try staying at sites with high ratings, this one did not meet that rating they had! Several comments were made by other guests!

The facility was clean and looks recently updated. The Breakfast was really good. American operated.
