Financial rip off

I will not stay there again because the choice hotels rip people off by saying they’re fully refundable but they’re not and if you do tell them that you’re gonna cancel your stay they go ahead and try to charge you for canceling that’s not right so I wouldn’t recommend any choice hotels For anyone.
