The floor was dirty under the deaths area. I research a handicap room. And I got a room with a little shower. That a wheelchair can't even get into. When we went to have breakfast, everything was really dirty. The waffle iron Maker was filthy. And we were the first ones down to breakfast. Because we had to leave early. So nobody had used anything yet, but yet things were dirty. And sticky tables were dirty and they didn't start serving breakfast till 6 and we was down there at 6. The front desk guy was rude. He stayed in his chair and reached to give me my card. We need a 2 cards. So my husband had one and I had 1 but he only gave us 1. We started out. He gails a card for 228 and we ended up with the room card 112. But the room we ordered. Was very disappointing.

Building wasn't maintained (room walls need a fresh coat of paint, numerous chips on the wall where paint was chipped off down to the drywall, a screw screwed onto bathroom trim with an inch length of screw sticking out, ceiling vents in pool room had a thick layer of green sediments that looked like mold), giving an overall feeling and look of being unclean. No facial tissue in receptacle. Only one bar of soap by the sink, none in shower room. Only one small trash bin in room, none in restroom. Restroom Sliding door doesn't slide smoothly like the rollers are not on the track, making it a little difficult for us elderly people to slide the door. No remote for the tv. TV didn't work even when buttons were depressed, so we couldn't watch tv. Sauna didn't work when the knob was turned on. No DND card to hang on the outside door handle. Only one outlet on the lamp stand between two beds; need one outlet per bed. One outlet on the desk receptacle was loose, so whatever was plugged into it fell right out of the outlet. The carpet in the hotel lobby and hallways look old, worn, and dirty, but this could be due to the dark blue/black color of the carpet.

Hotel is dirty, room decor is outdated and worn, Non-smoking room REEKED of cigarettes. There is nothing about this hotel that would make me stay there again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone.
