Clean, friendly staff greeted me, easy access.

I stayed here for a short trip, and while there were a few positives, there were also some aspects that could definitely be improved. The hotel’s location was fantastic—convenient to everything I wanted to do. However, the room itself had a few issues. The floors were surprisingly dirty when I arrived, which was a bit off-putting. The TV was also disappointing, but we didn’t use it much except when we came back to the room. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower worked great. However, the shampoo and conditioner were disconnected from the wall and lying in the tub, which felt a little unprofessional. Breakfast was basic, nothing special, but I didn’t mind since there were plenty of great cafes nearby. All in all, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I hope they take note of the small details to improve the guest experience.

I had an issue with the room fees, but in the end it was all worked out.
