Hotel is to expensive

It was my second visit in 30 days, I didn't check in until around 9:00 p.m. My wife and I were looking forward to breakfast. The young lady at the front desk describe breakfast as being the same as I remember. No one said or neither was it posted that there could be limited items at breakfast. When I got up to go and grab breakfast for my wife and I, there was no meat at all. A lot of scrambled eggs and cut up French toast with only diabetic syrup. No oranges ECT. It was a skeleton setup. When I asked the young lady who was working preparing the food she could not understand English and she had to use a translator. When I mention my disappointment to management, Mr Xavier, there was no apology, what I got was, technically, all we need to have is one protein. Unacceptable, seeing is that I was just there enjoying breakfast less than a month ago. Add to the fact that I use my reward points, checked in late, and we had to check out early so that we can go and have breakfast. In my opinion, I should have at least had my reward points restored.

Was a clean hotel. The coffee pot in the room had to be moved as it had no location to plug it in. Breakfast was definitely limited. Seemed a bit over priced. Convenient access to venue.
