Housekeeping, Phone and Fire Alarm Issues
Upon Checkin, I asked to have my room cleaned every other day, instead of every third day. I arrived on Tuesday and my room was not cleaned on Thursday. This was not discovered until I returned late on Thursday. I had to request cleaning for Friday. When the room was cleaned on Sunday, they did not leave any Shampoo or conditioner. The
Phone does not have face plate so couldn’t call front desk from it. On Sunday night at 7:20 the fire alarm went off and was not turned off until 8:26. I find it very unreasonable that it would take an hour to reset the alarm.

Nice staff, old hotel
This location is good, staff friendly, but the building is outdated, carpets are sticky, TVs small and HVAC rattles and isn't very cold. We heard music all night that was loud and kept us awake till 3 AM. Our room was clean with the exception of the sticky carpet.
