We called a few days in advance to change our reservation, add a night. When I called 30 minutes prior to our arrival the front desk said they did not have us down. Fortunately there were rooms available. Our room was awful. It was much smaller than we remember from our last stay. The bathroom door would not shut, it had tape on it in several spots, there is no vent and the toilet was very slow with low water pressure. The main door to the room would stick once you were inside. I was never able to open it, I had to have my son or my husband because I wasn't strong enough. Definitely too scared to be in there by myself in case of an emergency. The windows were very dirty and even the windows at the ends of the hallway were also dirty. It needs and deserves a remodel. We have been coming here for years, but agreed we would probably look at other accommodations next time.

Quality is centrally located to the mall and great stores and restaurants nearby. It was comfortable and convenient overall at reasonable prices!

High quality breakfast! Clean, nice hotel. I wrote it down to stay here every time we come back to Chicago.
