Rooms are pricey for the market in which it competes

Very friendly staff; very clean. Love the new wood floors; great idea to get rid of the old carpet. Much nicer. When I booked the reservation I wanted to talk to Quincy personally but was told could only talk to the booking reservation rep. I booked a first floor, handicap room with walk-in shower. Was told that room was a guarantee. When we checked in the lady said we were on second floor. I asked about the shower and she said it was a tub/shower combo. I explained to her my conversation with the 800-reservation gyg (who by the way had said I bad accent I couldn't understand him sometimes! I even asked to be transferred to the Quincy facility. Was told that wasn't an option). Luckily the handicap room on the main floor (w/walk-in shower) had not been reserved and the manager switched rooms for us. The only complaint we had was the "hot" breakfast was cold-some of it very cold; even with the sausage gravy bubbling around the edges of the crockpot the gravy was cold; the scrambled eggs were cold, the sausage links were cold and the orange juice was totally frozen and the coffee was cold. I would not even call the breakfast "lukewarm". That was a disappointment because everything looked so nice and clean and well displayed and smelled great. Another couple commented to us about the "cold" breakfast also. Other than that we were very impressed with the Quincy Quality Inn.
