Comfy bed with smooth sheets. Clean room and quiet.

Location, price, staff friendly and good room size with nice towels. Breakfast was good too.

The worst was the fact that every minute or so, the toilet would run to refill the tank (the stopper was leaking, apparently). I could even hear it running through the closed door all night. When I told the person at the desk, he said he would send a technician over to fix it. No one fixed it. When I checked out the next day, I told the desk person that I had been told that the prior day the toilet would be fixed and he said no one filled out a report on it. It was never fixed. When I went in a friend's room, he had exactly the same problem. Perhaps you do not pay full price for water, but this is a disgraceful waste of water. If you solve this problem, you can pass the savings on to customers. I also noticed that the flush in my room was really weak. The room smelled of cigarette smoke although I do not smoke. The bathtub drain was very slow (and yes, I did have the stopper up completely). The bathwater got pretty high during my shower. The inner curtains are very sheer. The outer, heavier curtains are set so that they cannot be fully closed so that sunlight comes in and cannot be kept out. There was no orange juice at breakfast. The staff had put up a permanent notice that orange juice was not available. The breakfasts were mediocre. Finally, why do I have to put my key card in multiple times to get it to take?
