We come to the area every so often to visit family. We initially stayed at this O’Fallon, IL location about four years ago. Our most recent visit was July 2025. Let’s start with the pros: The room rates are very reasonable. The room itself was generally nice in appearance and in decent condition. Great location (our main reason for staying here) right off the highway and near plenty of amenities and shopping. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. They have continental breakfast, a pool, plenty of parking, in room fridge and mini fridge. The linens and towels were nice quality and clean. No evidence of bed bugs or bugs of any kind anywhere. Now for the cons: This place is first glance clean, but is in need of a very thorough and deep cleaning. The toilet seat in our room needs to be replaced as it was old and textured which I would assume holds germs. The windows everywhere were filthy and the carpet in the hallway and the room looks like it hasn’t been shampooed in forever. The room was basically clean, but the staff needs to clean the corners in the bathroom better. The mattress was thin and not especially comfortable. The area where they serve the continental breakfast is spotless, but it ends too early at 9am instead 10 or 11am. There is no meat or eggs as part of the continent breakfast. The elevator broke down and we had to carry all our luggage and things down the stairs when we checked out. Super inconvenient with my elderly mother in tow. I admit I’m a little selective and unless this place gets a facelift, I will likely choose somewhere else in the future. BUT If you’re looking for a decent place to stay that doesn’t break the bank, this is a good option. If you or someone in your party has mobility issues, I would suggest staying on the first floor.

The people at front desk were super nice. They happened to find me a room for the night on a busy weekend. I was so grateful. It was very realaxing and quiet in my room. Something I needed before picking up my children from camp the next day on my way home. Thank You for the excellent service!

The hot tub had no water. We had 2 rooms, wanted them conjoined, they said no bc the conjoining room supposedly only had 1 bed but then we see the door open and 2 beds inside, my TV didn't work the first night so I had to move rooms after getting all my stuff and kids settled in the room, one of the rooms doors didn't even lock, I regret not leaving on night 1. Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I will not be back or recommend this below 1 star hotel.. honestly just wondering how I can get compensated for my terrible hotel choice for my vacation. Juice maker didn't work at breakfast, milk jug in fridge empty, leaving my husband to go searching for milk in the "employee" area. Just ridiculous to be honest.
