Disappointed

When we booked the hotel there was supposed to be a pool but once we checked in there was no pool on the premises. We utilized the continental breakfast only to be disappointed with the quality of food. Most of it was stale.

Never again.

Upon entering and checking in, staff spoke to each other in another language and acted like I was bothering them. Upon entry of the room, I found the room in need of a good cleaning. Bathroom had hair all over the sink, shower, and the toilet had seen better days. It moved when you sat on it and you had to hold the handle down to flush. Not the quality I have known to expect.
